The protection of personal data is an important issue to Now Consultians. We therefore process all our clients’ and interested parties’ data exclusively based on the applicable statutory provisions. The GDPR’s legal provisions are realized in particular. In this privacy policy declaration, we inform you about the relevant aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

You can register to various events via our website. You can especially subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this purpose, apart from your e-mail address, we need additional necessary contact information confirming that you agree with receiving the newsletter and to inform you of the event date and coordinate, if necessary.
The newsletter subscription can be cancelled at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: johann.kohlbacher@nowconsultians.at. We will then immediately delete your data concerning the newsletter. Through this revocation, the legitimacy of having processed your data from your subscription to your revocation is not affected.
The registration to our events takes place in so-called double opt in processes. This means that after the registration , you receive an automatically generated e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. We chose this process, to avoid the registration under a fake e-mail addresses.
The registrations are protocolled to be able to give proof of the registration process meeting statutory requirements. This includes saving the registration and confirmation time.
We send out information mails – i.e. electronic notifications containing interesting information concerning events, products, and offers – only with the recipients’ consent.
You can revoke the reception of our information mails at any time. You find a link to revoke receiving our mails on the bottom of each of those e-mails.
As stated in the GDPR, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability , revocation, and objection. If you presume our data processing to violate the GDPR or that your demands concerning data protection have been violated in any way, you can complain to the Austrian regulatory authority. Of course, we would be happy about a personal complaint to us beforehand. Any potential deficiencies can possibly be removed without any problems.
You have the right for information concerning your saved personal data, their origin and recipient as well as the reason of the data processing at any time. You also have the right for correction, data portability , revocation, restriction of the processing as well as of blocking or deleting incorrect or improperly processed data.
Should your personal data change in any way, we ask for an according notification.
